I think the best chapter of the book is "How to get in the right mindset and believe you're worth it." How true is this. The hardest part of any healthy eating plan is not to think of it as a diet and make it a lifestyle chance.
Putting yourself first, believing you are worth it, believing chance is possible. How many times I have been down this road and in the end I never truly answered any of these or instilled them into my life till now, reading this book will truly help you change your way of thinking.
